Unworn pieces in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged on arrival.

Every Royal Pop watch and FRAMEWATCH Royal Oak case carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, covering movement, case and rubber components.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship — quartz movement failure, bezel separation, hex-screw integrity, rubber tearing under normal wear.
What is not covered
Damage from accidents, water exposure beyond the rated resistance, unauthorized service, cosmetic wear, and loss of crystal clarity from impact.
To claim warranty service, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange inspection, repair or replacement at our discretion.
